About the Parade of Homes

Each year local builders showcase their building skills at the Columbus Parade of Homes. The event is sponsored by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Central Ohio and the homes are judged in multiple categories such as Landscaping, Interior Design (Décor), Architectural Design, Exterior Curb Appeal and more. In addition to these awards, the public votes on the People's Choice awards for their favorites in two categories: Favorite House and Favorite Interior Décor.
